3 boneless chicken breast
1/2 a lemon ( squeeze the juice)
1 1/2 Tbsp pf honey
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp worcester
1 tsp turmeric
3 Tbsp of low-fat yogurt
3 cloves of crushed garlic
a handful of cilantro leaves chopped
1 yellow onion wedged
Couple of potatoes if you want. (wedged)
Preheat the oven if you are baking.
Mix all the first 10 ingredients together and potatoes. Drizzle some olive oil on the top. Place wedged onions on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
Serve it with rice or in between pita bread with fresh diced tomato and butter lettuce.
