Sweet Dough

12 1/2 oz. butter
5 oz. sugar
1 egg
1lb. 2oz. flour
pinch of salt


Cream butter and sugar together and add egg. Stir in flour and salt to form a soft dough.
Works best if refrigerated a few hours or over night. If it's to cold and hard, just give it a little massage. Unlike pie dough it likes to be worked.
