2 lbs fromzen hash browns
2 cups fat free sour cream
2 - 10oz cans of light cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Grated onion or onion powder and salt to taste
2 cups grated light cheedar cheese, or a bit more!
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Thaw potatoes slightly. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish once mixed. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
