Miso Grilled Lamb chops

Delicious and easy way to make lamb chops with a subtle rich flavour of a miso marinade.

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min



Rack of Lamb or chops

- sorry, i usually just eyeball the portions...

red miso paste
soy sauce
ginger paste
cayenne pepper/ chili powder
sake or rice wine

little brown sugar, if you want a it a little sweet


mix marinade ingredients so it's a liquidy paste. slather on the meat, and let it marinade for at least 1 hour. the paste will thicken on the meat.

grill, bbq, or pan fry to taste. I like it rare in the middle and slightly blacken on the outside.

serve on bed of spinach or bok choy and shitake mushrooms
