Ginger Tea - Makes Friends!

A pretty damned quick way to end off a night that includes a good dinner, a bottle of wine, and some excellent conversation.

Preparation time: 2 min
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

For each person:

* a mug of full of water
* an inch or so of grated ginger
* two heaping teaspoons of brown sugar
* 1/2 a lemon, peel and all.


Place ingredients in a saucepan, boil (lid on) 10-15 minutes, pour/strain into mugs and serve HOT.
