For each person:
* a mug of full of water
* an inch or so of grated ginger
* two heaping teaspoons of brown sugar
* 1/2 a lemon, peel and all.
Place ingredients in a saucepan, boil (lid on) 10-15 minutes, pour/strain into mugs and serve HOT.
