Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 lb hamgurger OR tofu (or other meat substitute)
brown slightly, add + cook slowly
1 diced onion
1/2 c diced celery
salt and pepper + garlic to taste
1 can (small) of cream of mushroom OR cream of celery (no water)
1 can of mushrooms (optional)
1 c sour cream

Method

Brown meat or meat substitute slightly, add + cook slowly diced onion, celery and seasoning.
When tender add soup, and mushrooms
Simmer till well seasoned, about 10 mins.
Add sour crem, stir in gently until well mixed.

**If not using can of mushrooms add some water to thin out the mixture, use your own judgement.

Serve over noodles or rice
(rice works really well)
