Really good tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Toast or grits (I like to add cheese to the grits)
I suppose this might also be good on pasta
Prepare toast or grits--I didn't include this in the cooking time since toast and grits have different cooking times)
In saucepan, melt butter. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir in butter until warm through, and juice melds with butter as a sauce.
Pour over toast or grits.
