Stir-Fry, Rice, Spam, Scallions, Eggs, Meat, Seaweed(if desired), Sesame seed seasoning, salt, ketchup or Siracha sauce depending on you, olive oil
Fried Rice Portion: Get a large pan heat under high fire, add in some olive oil, then the stir-fry, cook until frozen veggies get hot, add in some precooked rice, add spoon of sesame seed, two pinches of salt, cut up some spam add in either that or meat, Add cut up seasoned seaweed if desire.
Omlet: Break up two-three eggs in bowl and stir up with a fork, cut up some spam and some scallions, mix in the spam and the scallions into the egg bowl mixture, heat the pan on medium low, add in the egg mixture into the pan and cook then flip and cook other side.
Serving: plate the fried rice on first, top it with the omlet, decorate with ketchup/siracha whichever one desired, serve with drink...then CHOW mmmm =]]
