Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

Excellent Christmas cookie recipe! Perfect for a bake exchange.

1 cup softened butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
12 squares chopped BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate
2 cups dried cranberries
2 cups chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds


BEAT 1 cup softened butter, 1 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla; mix until well blended. Add 2 cups flour and 2 tsp. baking soda; mix well.

STIR in 12 sq. chopped BAKER'S Premium White Baking Chocolate, 2 cups each dried cranberries and chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.

BAKE at 375°F for 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool 3 min. then remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered containers.
