1 cup water
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 tsp black Pepper
2 tsp dried Mint OR Oregano
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast
4 ounces Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp extra-virgin Olive Oil
Add ingredients into your bread machine and press the dough program.
At the end of this program, punch down your dough and Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Lightly oil a 13X9 inch baking pan.
Lightly dust ball of dough with flour. With fingertips and heel of your hand, stretch dough evenly in pan. Cover and allow to rise 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until doubled in bulk.
Preheat the oven to 450' F.
Dimple surface of dough with your fingertips, leaving indentations. Brush with olive oil.
Place baking pan in bottom 1/3 of oven. Place 4 ice cubes on bottom of oven to create steam. Close door at once, and back 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove immediately from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.
Dip in your favorite dip or use mine!
Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil mixed.
