peach-raspberry sangria

1 vanilla bean
3 bottles (750 mL ea.) Riesling
1 c peach schnapps
1/3 c lemon juice
6 Tbsp sugar
3 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges
1 c fresh raspberries
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced


1. cut vanilla bean lengthwise. scrape out seeds and discard pod
2. combine all ingredients, chill overnight
3. add ice cubes and serve
