Ingredients:-
shell - 1/2 packet of Marie biscuits or any other plain.
2 teaspoons of butter (melted)
filling- 1 tin condensed milk
2 eggs separated
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tblsp sugar
Shell: crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Line a 9inch greased pie plate with this mix.
Bake for 5 minutes @ 180.Then cool it down.
Filling: beat the condense milk, lemon juice, and the egg yolk together. Pour this mix over the crushed biscuits.
Meringue: beat the egg whites while gradually adding 3 tablespoons of sugar. Pour over the filling. Bake at 150 ÂșC till golden brown. Serve chilled.
