Easy Chili

A quick hearty meal for those cold days

1 lb ground beef
1/2 medium yellow onion - diced
2 cans (30 oz) chili beans
1 can (15 oz) Kidney beans
2 can (10 and 3/4 oz cans) tomato soup
1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 Tablespoon or more of chili powder - to taste


Brown beef with onion in a large pot.
Add all other ingredients, leaving the liquid in the cans and stir, 1 tablespoon of chili power makes for a very mild chili, the more power added the spicier.
Cook until all the flavors meld together, aprox. 15 min stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese if desired.
