25ml Havana Club

25 ml Zubrowka

3 tsp Demerara sugar

8 sections of a lime cut into 1cm cubes

8-10 fresh mint leaves, torn up

50mls apple juice

Crushed ice

Mint sprig to garnish



Crush the sugar, mint and lime together in the base of a glass.

Add half the ice and then pour in the spirits and apple juice. Shake, add the rest of the ice and garnish.

Your classic mojito which is typically made with a good quality golden rum like Havana Club, and gave it a vodka twist with the addition of Zubrowka and apple juice.
