8oz Strong white bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 sachet dried baking yeast
6floz liquid (3 fl oz warm water 2fl oz milk 1fl oz olive oil)(plus 1/2 tsp sugar)

Pre heat oven to 200C
Put flour salt and sugar in mixing bowl, mix and make a well in middle.
in measuring jug make up liquid and stir in dried yeast and 1/2 tsp sugar, pour in to bowl and mix well.
Kneed dough with extra dustings of flour until it is smooth and elastic. put back in bowl, cover and allow to prove for 45 minutes.
tip out on to floured surface and roll into shape to fit on a baking sheet.
dimple surface with fingers and sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves sea salt black pepper and olive oil. leave to rise for another 10/15 minutes and place in oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Turn out from baking sheet and cut into squares serve with Roasted Red Pepper an Tomato soup.
Dough also makes great pizza bases.
