6 Table spoonful of Fool
1 Table spoonful of Corn Oil/Olive Oil
1 Table spoonful of Teheina
1 Tomato
1/2 Lemon


In a suitable bowl put the hot foooool, add the oil, salt, Tehina and lemon. Mash the foooooool with a fork, mix well, then add the chopped tomato parts and mix again
