Beer Muffins

These are great for breakfast on Sunday morning, after friends have left their cheap beer in your room.

Preparation time: 1.5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: 12

Dietary guidance: v v 


1 twelve-ounce bottle or can of beer
3 cups Bisquick
3 tablespoons sugar
muffin tins
muffin papers/cupcake papers


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line muffin tins with muffin papers.
Mix ingredients together.
Pour an equal amount of the mixture into each of the 12 pre-lined muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Granted, the quality and flavour of the beer effects the outcome of this recipe, however, it is not necessary to use a quality beer to enjoy a good outcome.
