1 kg Cashewnuts
600 gms sugar
Pinch of saffron for orange colour
2 tbsp oil
Soak cashewnuts for 6 hours in water.
Drain , dry and grind to a fine powder.
Heat oil in a pan, spoon in cashew powder and stir.
Add sugar and a little saffron and orange colour.
Stir till the mixture is dry.
Pour out on a tray and cut into diomond shape
