Honey & Mustard Baked Chicken

Cooking time: 40 mins

Serves: 2


4 chicken breasts
150ml honey
150ml Dijon mustard
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp paprika


Pre-heat oven to gas mark 6 (200 degrees C)

In a dish, mix together honey, mustard, parsley and paprika

Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with half the honey-mustard sauce

Place in oven for 20 mins

Remove from oven and turn chicken over. Cover with the remaining sauce and return to the oven for a further 20 mins

Serve with your favourite vegetables (I recommend potato latkas for that authentic Jewish touch!)
