Spicey BBQ Rub

4 tbsp Dry Mustard
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp Cayenne
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Onion Powder
2 tbsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Black pepper


Pat the meat Dry and then brush with olive oil. Rub the spice mixture over the meat and allow to sit for 15 min or so. Then Place the meat on High for approx. 1-2 min to sear...then reduce heat and allow the meat to cook for the appropriate time according to the cut of meat.
