To serve just dip your knife in really hot water and whipe before slicing

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumb
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/3 c. melted butter
1 envelope unflavor gelatine
1/4 c. orange juice
1 can (398ml) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. real whipping cream


1- Preheat oven at 350F
2-To make crust, combine graham cracker, with sugar, orange peel and butter. Press into the bottom of 9" springform pan.
3- Bake for 10 min.. Cool completely
4- To make filling, sprinkle gelatine over orange juice in a small saucepan and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Heat gently just until gelatine dissolves.
5- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir cranberry sauce until softened.
6- in a medium bowl beat cream cheese with orange peel. Beat in cranberry sauce. Beat in disolve gelatine
7- in a small bowl beat whipped cream until light. Fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour into the prepared pan.
8- refregerate for 3 to 4 hr before serving. Cake can be garnish with add. whipped cream oe as is
