Lime Vinaigrette

¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp brown rice vinegar (or unseasoned rice vinegar)
1 tsp lime zest
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp ground cardamom


Place all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk well to mix.
