6 tbls unsalted butter (3/4 stick)
12 whole graham crackers (crunched into crumbs with some chunks)
1 whole graham crackers (crunched into crumbs with some chunks - set aside)
3 tbls sugar
1 9x13 brownie mix (I use Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie which needs 1/4 c water, 2/3 c vegetable oil, 2 eggs)
chocolate chips (to taste)
7 oz. marshamallow fluff

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Place 9x13 baking dish in oven with butter while it preheats
3. Use time to crunch graham crackers
4. When butter has melted, remove dish from oven spread butter along sides and pour in sugar, stir until dissolved
5. Throw graham cracker crumbs (from the 12) into pan, coat with butter, press to edges, and cover entire bottom to make a crust
6. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes
7. As crust bakes, mix up brownie mix as per box directions
8. Add chocolate chips if wanted
9. Pour batter onto crust and spread throughout pan.
10. Bake for total time of box brownie recipe - minus 5 minutes (ie - if total bake time is 30 mins, bake for 25)
11. Pull out brownie (should be very gooey), evenly dallop marshmallow fluff into pan
12. Swirl marshmallow with fork
13. Top with more chocolate chips, remaining graham cracker crumbs
14. Return to oven for 5 more minutes
15. Remove, cool, cut, enjoy
