10 ounces corn
4 ounces shredded cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits (about three strips)
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt/pepper
Combine everything in a baking dish and place in a cool oven. Set to 400 degrees, and when the oven is fully heated (or at about 10 minutes), remove and stir. Bake for another 5 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve!
**We made this with an herbed Gouda, and it was wonderful. I would recommend a stronger cheese for this dish, just to bring out the flavors. :D
