Ingredients

1 egg
1/3 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt

Method

In one bowl, beat the egg and mix in the water. In another bowl (bigger one), mix flour and salt.

Create a well in the middle of this mixture. Pour in egg and water. Mix slowly adding water a spoonful at a time if needed until dough is pliable (good squish!).

On a lightly dusted (with flour) surface, knead dough until it becomes elastic-y. Then separate into two balls. cover balls with damp cloth for 10 minutes or so.

After the 10 minutes are up, cut the balls in to 4 equal sized balls. Roll them out into 10.5 inch squares. They should be really thin (about 1/16th of an inch).

Cut these larger squares into 3.5 inch squares. TADA! now you can use them anywhere you need wontons and they freeze well with a bit of wax paper.
