Preparation time: 10 minutes

1 cup lentil, clean and washed
2 medium tomatoes
2 medium dry onions
4 cloves of garlic
2 cubes of chicken stock
cumin, salt and white pepper
1 small finger of butter
for topping: bread cut into squares and oil for deep frying
in a big pot, add water then bring all the ingredients (except the butter) into a boil, seasoning as desired
then mix it in the blender, more water can be added if the mix is thick
return it into the pot, and bring into a boil again after adding the butter.
serve hot with fried bread on top.
