Ingredients

1 large (not the small one) "brick" of Philadelphea cream cheese
1 tube of wasabi
2-3 green onions (chopped)
1 bottle of soy sauce
1 box of rice crackers (preferably seaweed flavored)

Method

Remove the cream cheese block from its packaging, and slice it horizontally (like it's two pieces of bread). Spread a thin layer of wasabi in between the two halves of cream cheese and then 'sandwich' them back together. Place the block on a plate, choose a plate with the ability to hold a thin layer of liguid. Sprinkle on chopped green onions, then drisle soy sauce over the whole thing! Set out a plate of seaweed rice crackers or regular rice crackers for dipping and enjoy!
