Focaccia - Laura's recipe

1 package yeast
1 cup water (warm)
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Kg flour
1 Tablespoon Salt
(tomatoes, sliced, oregano & oil
or onions or zucchini
or rosemary & salt


Mix yeast, water & sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes (or until a little frothy). Add flour and salt. Mix until firm.
Roll out very thin on floured surface.
Put oil and spices or other toppings on top.
Bake at high heat (apprx. 400F) for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
