Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

Yummy meal salad, has everything you need

2oz Fresh Mushrooms
1 med. carrot
1 green onion
2oz bean sprouts
2 1/2oz Chicken Breast
1 1/2oz thin pasta (vermicelli works best)
1 1/2 tsb light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced


Cook pasta according to package (usually just boil vermicilli for about 1 min.), add a little sesame oil, toss noodles and set aside.
Poach chicken breast, if not already cooked, slice into thin strips, set aside.
slice carrots, mushrooms and green onoin into bite sized peices.
Prepare dressing by adding together soy sauce, sesame oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic.
Toss all ingrediants together, let sit about 10 min. then enjoy. Only about 375 calories
