Avocado Ice Cream

Serves: 8-10 servings


4 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped (about two cups)
1 cup whipping (35%) cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice


1. In a food processor or blender, puree avocados, cream, sugar and lime juice until smooth.
2. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
