Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Cinnamon
Cream the Creamcheese as if for a cheesecake (i.e. mix in sugars). Once the creamcheese has roughly the consistency of breadcrumbs, mix in other flavorings and whip cream. Chill for at least one hour and serve cold. Should end up with a springy texture, not too liquidy and roughly as firm as pudding (or firmer).
