Oven Fried Buttermilk Chicken w/Cornflakes

Ingredients

OVEN FRIED BUTTERMILK CHICKEN (WITH CORNFLAKES)

8 oz bottle buttermilk salad dressing
2 whole chickens, cut into 16 pieces
3 cups crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbs chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper


Method

Heat oven to 425°. Pour dressing into bowl. Add chicken, turning to coat. In plastic bag combine remaining ingredients. Add 2 chicken pieces, seal and shake to coat. Remove chicken and repeat with remaining pieces. Arrange in single layer on 2 greased foil lined baking sheets. Bake 40 min. or until done.
