Ingredients

2 sticks of butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1/4 tspn cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

Method

preheat oven to 325 F. whip butter and brown sugar until fluffy, slowly adding in flour and salt. i've read a few articles that recommend mixing it all with your fingers/hands, but it's up to you. grease baking sheet with sides and spread dough out in pan. sprinke cinnamon and sugar over dough. cut into wedges (about 12). bake 30-40 minutes (until light golden brown), turning pan every so often to make sure it cooks evenly without burning. let cool. enjoy :)
