Fiesta Pollo Salad

2-4 grilled chicken breasts, sliced into strips
2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 small can of corn
1/2 small can of black beans
1/2 diced red onion
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Chop Salad.

Then for dressing:

Mix small amount of Ranch dressing (low-carb, low-fat, your choice) with hot salsa and chipotle chili powder.
