-1/2 cup apple cider/juice
-2 tbsp margarine
-1/3 cup honey
-2 tbsp cinnamon (cut to 1 if using cider)
-1 tsp vanilla
-4 cups large flake rolled oats
-1/3 cup sliced almonds
-1/2 cup dried berries (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
Slightly heat wet ingredients using the microwave or stovetop, pour over dry ingredients spread evenly on baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for about 10 minutes or so.
