2 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
3 dried chili peppers (to taste)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Splenda (or sugar if you prefer)
Crush the chilis in a saucepan and mix with the peanut butter. Add all other ingredients and simmer while stirring to prevent burning. Add enough water to make the consistency you desire (less as an accompaniment, more as a sauce).
Peanut butter may contain various amounts of salt and sugar so you must adjust the other ingredients to taste.
