4 scoops of your favourite ice cream, vanilla works best
1 tortilla wrap cut in wedges
Fry the tortilla chips in the vegetable oil until crisp but not dark brown.
In the meantime, put the ice cream in two bowls.
Dry off the tortilla chips on some kitchen paper to get rid of any excess oil.
Put the chips on the ice cream, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
