Sue's Favorite Bulgogi Recipe

For this recipe you need a juicer.

quality cut of beef, sliced thinly
3 nashi pears
1 1/2 garlic bulbs
1 medium daikon radish
3 large white onions
2 bunches green onions cut into pieces
3 T soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
3 T honey or sugar to taste
sliced mushrooms (optional)


Peel and chop pears and onions in big pieces but small enough to fit in your juicer. Peel garlic cloves. Juice them all.
Put juice into a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the juice. Add the beef to the juice and refridgerate for 20-40 mins. to marinate.
Cook rice and take beef out of fridge and fry up in a pan on the stove in small amounts at a time until browned and the sauce is carmalized.
Serve with the rice.
