Fig Chutney Ice Cream

Serves: 4-6 servings


1 large banana, sliced
6 dried figs, finely chopped
1/2 cup Simple Syrup
1 cup whipping (35%) cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp. mango chutney
1/4 tsp vanilla


1. In a food processor or blender, puree banana, figs and syrup until smooth.
2. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in cream, milk, chutney and vanilla.
3. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
