Juice and peeled rind of 6 lemons
1.5 - 2 kg sugar
30gms tartaric acid
60gms citric acid
8 cups boiling water
Put all dry ingrediats and lemon juice in a basin & add boiling water slowly.
Mix to dissolve, cool, strain to remove rind then bottle and seal.
