Serves: 4-6 for a meal


1/4 head shredded cabbage
1/4 cup finely grated carrots
1 lb of ground port
4 diced scallions
ground pppers
1/2 in grated ginger
1 tblsp crushed garlic
3 tsp soy cause
1 lightly beaten egg white
gyoza or wonton wrappings


combine all ingredients and add filling to dumpling wrappers

can be steamed, pan fried, or both

also can be frozen easily- freeze individually on a plate before storing
