Flourless Brownies

**This recipe WILL fall, since there is no flour. The final texture will be gewey/brownie-like.

Ingredients

*7 oz semi-sweet chocolate (chocolate chips work well)
*1 cup sugar/splenda
*3/4 cup butter or margarine/butter substitute
*4 eggs/ eggbeaters

Method

This recipe can be made w/ substitutes to be made more healthy, i've included both methods (and both taste great!)

*Preheat oven to 350 deg F
*spray a 9 inch brownie pan or a pie pan with non-stick spray
*Melt the chocolate chips and butter/margarine over boiling water OR in the microwave (making sure to stir every 30 seconds to keep the chocolate from hardening)
*Blend the eggs/egg beaters and the sugar/splenda together until fluffy
*Add in the chocolate/butter sauce and blend until smooth
*Pour into the sprayed pan and cook at 350 deg for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Dust with powdered sugar if desired, or serve with ice cream! Enjoy!
