Group A

30ml ground ginger

30ml brown sugar

15ml curry powder (medium)

15ml tumeric

10ml salt

2ml pepper

50 grms butter

2 large chopped onions

Group B

2 Slices white bread soaked in water

1 kg lean mince

60ml chutney

30ml apricot jam

30ml vinegar

30ml worchestshire sauce

30ml Tomato Sauce/paste (paste preferable)

Group C
375ml milk

2 Eggs


Saute group A

Squeeze water from bread and add all group B to A

Cook for 20 minutes

Pour into greased dish

Beat egg and milk together and pour over mixture

Bake at 180 deg C for 45 minutes
