Serves: 8-10 servings
2 cups orange marmalade
1 Tbl. vanilla
1 Tbl. orange extract
2 cups table (18%) cream
2 cups milk
1. In a large bowl, stir together marmalade, vanilla and orange extract. Stir in cream and milk.
2. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.
3. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
