Dietary guidance: v v
° 200 grams of falafel
° 2 tablespoons of parsley
° half an onion
° half a litre of tomato sauce
° 3 big tomatoes
° 1 clove of garlic
° pepper & salt
-Mix falafel with squeezed garlic, parsley and onion, cut into small pieces. Add a few tablespoons of tomato sauce to make it sticky. Season.
-Slice the top of two tomatoes, so that they can function as a lid. Scoop them out and fill them up with the falafel mix.
-Take an oven dish, put the filled tomatoes in and surround and cover them by the rest of the tomato sauce, together with the sliced leftover tomato.
-Put in the oven. Leave it there for about 35 minutes. Eat, preferably with mashed potatoes.
