Chile Rellenos

My Mom's recipe for yummy chile rellenos.

(2) 7 oz cans Ortega whole green chiles
1/2 lb grated monterey jack cheese
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
3 to 4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk


Split green chiles and remove seeds, if desired. Line bottom of flat 2 quart casserole dish with chiles. Alternate layers of chiles and cheese. Can be refrigerated until baking time.

Mix together eggs, flour, and milk and pour over cheese and chile layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
