6 cups flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp cream of tartar
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon bi-carb
Cream marg and sugar
Add eggs
Add baking power, cream of tartar and bi-carb
Add flour – enough to a biscuit dough (roll-out)
Roll out thin as they rise and you want the to be crispy
Bake at 425 deg F till brown
