2 1/2 cups flour3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Put the butter into your mixing bowl, mash it together with the sugar.
Add eggs and almond extract to the mixture, blend well with a fork.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together then add to the wet mixture.
Form into a ball and chill in freezer at least 1 hour.
After 1 hour is over preheat oven to 375.
Roll out dough to 1/4" on floured surface.
Cut into shapes and place 1" apart on cookie sheet.
bake for 5-7 mins - watch them closely so they don't burn!
