Crush garlic and ginger, add to bowl with equal amounts of honey and soy sauce.
Slice chicken breasts length ways into thin strips (3-4 strips per breast)
Marinade for at least 1 hour.
Grill on hot pan or BBQ for about 10 mins until chicken is cooked through. Be sure not to overcook or chicken breasts will become dry and chewy.
