500 gramm Mascarpone
100 gramm sugar
approx. 200 gramm biscuit
6 eggs, seperated
vanilla schote or vanillasugar
8 cl Galliano (Vanilla flawored liquer)
cup of milk
Mix egg yolk and sugar untill it gets really creamy, pour the mascarpone cream into and mix it for a while. Put in the refrigerator while mix the egg-white untill it gets hard, softly blend it under the mascarpone cream.
Mix one of the banana, milk, vanilla and liquer in a mixer.
Cut the banana in small cubes.
Put the buiscuit into a shallow bowl pour the milkmix onto. But beware not to get the buiscuit to wet!
Lay the banana cubes upon the buiscuit, keep some cubes aside to garnish. Pour the mascarpone cream onto.
Put in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
Garnish with banana cubes, white choclate grater, galliano liquer or whatever you think it fits. Probably you have to pour some lemonjuice on the banane to beware it gets brown.
